Services Provided:
Mobile roadside assistance including jump starts, flat tire changes, fuel delivery, and other battery-related services when available.
No Guaranteed Arrival Time:
Arrival times are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, demand, or inaccurate information.
Customer Responsibilities:
Customers must provide accurate location and vehicle information, remain reachable, and ensure the vehicle is safely accessible.
Right to Refuse Service:
DnD Road Rescue reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe conditions, incorrect information, or inappropriate behavior.
Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Service and Liability
DnD Road Rescue provides limited roadside assistance services and does not perform full mechanical diagnostics or repairs.
Assumption of Risk:
Roadside services are performed in uncontrolled environments. Customers acknowledge and accept all risks.
No Warranty:
All services are provided “as-is” with no warranties expressed or implied.
Pre-Existing Conditions:
DnD Road Rescue is not responsible for pre-existing damage, subsequent mechanical failures, or damage resulting from defective or unsafe vehicle components.
Payment and Billing
By requesting services from DnD Road Rescue or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Payment Timing:
Payment is due at the time of booking or scheduling. No service will be dispatched without payment.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Payments may be made over the phone or via text message using approved electronic payment methods. Card is required for booking (credit, debit, or cash app is fine)
Additional Fees:
Additional charges may apply for extended wait times, incorrect location information, distance beyond the standard service area, or added service complexity.
Cancellation and Refund
By requesting services from DnD Road Rescue or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation before arrival
A cancellation made before technician arrival is eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellation after arrival
no show
A cancellation after arrival or a no-show is eligible for a 25% refund.
No-Show Definition:
A no-show occurs when the customer is unreachable, not present, or the vehicle cannot be located.
Waiting Time:
Maximum wait time at the service location is 15–20 minutes without customer contact. After this period, the call is classified as a no-show. No-show also applies if customer is in contact but does not arrive within 20 - 25 mins of tech's arrival and notice
Service Area Policy
DnD Road Rescue operates exclusively within the state of Florida.
Primary Service Area
Tallahassee, Florida and neighboring cities
Distance Based Pricing
Services over 25 miles from Tallahassee will incur higher pricing. General fee of $50 is usually applied for distances beyond 25 but within 50 miles, final price determined at booking.
Emergency and High Demand Times
During periods of severe weather, heavy traffic, or unusually high demand, response times may be delayed and services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Customer and technician safety remains the highest priority.
